United Kingdom
Royal Mail Tracked 48
- Orders below £49.99: £3.49.
- Orders of £49.99 or more: free.
- Typical delivery estimate after dispatch: 2–3 business days.
Royal Mail Tracked 24
- £4.49 for all qualifying orders.
- Typical delivery estimate after dispatch: 1–2 business days.
High-value orders
Qualifying high-value orders may be sent using UPS next-day delivery at no additional charge. The applicable method will be confirmed for the order.
Special orders
Qualifying special orders are delivered free of charge. These products require additional manual authenticity checks, so please allow up to five business days for processing before dispatch. The typical delivery estimate after dispatch is 1–2 business days.
Processing and dispatch
- We process orders on business days, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
- Orders placed by 1pm on a business day are normally processed that day.
- Orders placed after 1pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are normally processed on the next business day.
- Tracking information is emailed when it is available.
- Products supplied from different locations may arrive in separate parcels.
International delivery
International delivery is available to Canada, Hong Kong SAR and Singapore. Available options and charges are shown at checkout.
Canada — UPS tracked shipping
Canada shipping is charged in GBP according to the total billable order weight:
- Up to 0.5 kg: £24.99.
- Over 0.5 kg up to 1 kg: £27.99.
- Over 1 kg up to 2 kg: £34.99.
- Over 2 kg up to 3 kg: £39.99.
- Over 3 kg up to 5 kg: £54.99.
- Over 5 kg up to 15 kg: £80.00.

Delays and missing parcels
If an order has not arrived within the delivery estimate, check the tracking information first. If you still need help, email support@excellentpick.co.uk with the order number. We will investigate with the carrier and explain the available next steps.
