• For orders over £49.99: FREE
• Estimated delivery time: Typically, within 2 to 3 business days.

1. Royal Mail 24 Hours:

• For all orders: £4.49
• Estimated delivery time: Usually within 1 to 2 business days.

1. UPS Next Day Delivery (High-Value Orders):

• For all qualifying orders: FREE
• Estimated delivery time: Generally, within 1 to 2 business days

1. UPS Delivery (Special Orders):

• For all qualifying Special Orders: FREE
• Special Orders involve additional manual work to ensure product authenticity.
• Estimated processing time: Allow 5 business days.
• Estimated delivery time after processing: Usually within 1 to 2 business days.

Delivery

Where do you ship from? 

Our suppliers have a warehouse in the UK. Expect items to be shipped separately if you order more than one item, as different factories specialize in various manufacturing areas.

How long will it take for my items to arrive?

Shipping time for our France, Canada, Singapore, and Hong Kong customers is approximately 2-11 business days.

We use DHL Tracked for the delivery of all orders to our customers in the France, Canada, and Hong Kong Our goal is to ensure delivery within 2-11 working days, subject to customs clearance.

Shipping times may vary based on product demand and shipping location.

What is the maximum waiting time for an item to be received? 

Shipping time for UK customers is about 2-3 business days and France, Canada, Singapore, and Hong Kong customers is about 2-11 business days. If your item(s) is not received within 11 business days, contact us at support@excellentpick.co.uk for a replacement or refund.

Order and Delivery Tracking

How long will it take to receive a tracking number? 

If you place an order by 1 PM, the item will be dispatched on the same day, and a tracking number will be emailed to you.

Where can I place an order from? 

Orders can only be placed from the UK, France, Canada, Singapore, and Hong Kong.

Which currency will I be charged in? 

We process orders in GBP, CAD, EUR, SGD, and HKD based on the currency in your cart. 

Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order? 

Yes, all customers will receive an order number. Contact us at support@excellentpick.co.uk if you don't receive one within 24 hours.
